I can’t really say much other than a year or so ago i was introduced to bon iver through a friend. He said i’d love it to pieces and he couldn’t have been more right. I put it off for most of the summer because he’ll always be a fall kinda guy to me, but with the newly released video I am sure of one things: i will have a daughter and name her Holocene and i will go to iceland.

Surely it would have been cool for us to adopt a convict and make him our penpal… with the hopes i’d fall madly in love and marry him while he’s in jail for life times four…(hey Erik hey Lyle) But since the good ones are already taken..we’ve decided we’d much rather have you, our lovely readers be our penpals! alright it comes as no surprise it’s been a month since we last updated so lets catch ya’ll up to speed.
Tai has asked to take a hiatus from thisisbombdotcom.com a few weeks ago and I wasn’t sure I could go on without her. but blogging is now a part of my life and something that brings me a ton of happiness and in this bleak financial working two jobs sweating to death summer time. I need to forge ahead and hope that she will return to us one day soon. I am patientally awaiting her visit to NY this week and I will be sure to show you glimpses of what its really like behind the scences here.
So the answer is Yes we took a hiatus but think of it more like when at the drive in took one, wait no don’t do that because they wound up breaking up and spawning two terrible bands. whatever. I’m back lets do this.

For a few weeks I was going through a real hazy spell. I was so scattered that I couldn’t even construct an escape route out of it. Of course the answer was time and simplifying. Finally I’m feeling like I’ve got everything under control and I’m seriously rejuvenated. It is very bizarre that life can go from feeling completely frenzied and burdensome to structured and exciting. I just have to remember not to beat myself up the next time I’m inundated. Anyway, this is what’s been up for me lately.

so it seems life has gotten the best of both Tai and I and we’ve taken the week off from blogging. Well rest assured that vacation or whatever it was is over and we’re ready to get to the heart of the matter. So I’ll leave you with something to tide you over until tomorrow. My sisters boyfriend introduced me to these comics a few months back and they have been a great source of quoting enjoyment for all of my friends since so enjoy.
